Henfield Leisure Centre offers a wide range of affordable activities for all ages and abilities, from one year to 80 years. There is a state-of-the-art gym, fitness classes including spinning, pump, circuits, HIIT, yoga, gentle gym and lots more.
The centre is the hub of the community not only offering sporting activities, but also leisure activities line and circle dancing, bump to baby classes, messy monkeys, as well as a food waste bank and a community clothes rail.
There is also a Safe Space for children to use as well as running a breakfast, afterschool and a holiday club.
The centre also has Sharky’s soft play and café for children from one to 12 years, with a full hot and cold menu to choose from. Sharky’s can also be hired out for parties.
Now, padel tennis is coming to Henfield Leisure, exciting news the fastest growing sport will be opening at Henfield Leisure Centre in February. There will be two covered outside courts with lights, along with free taster sessions and coaching sessions.
